IMHO many who are very pessimistic in forecasts are so until acquire, or sell down, to their target volumes...
IMHO we all need be both an investor and a trader. Find what you feel a decent investment then acquire at least a small parcel to keep your eye on it, then trade the lows and highs, with goal being to add extra shares to your portfolio with some recovery of cash invested earlier
IF only it was so easy, we will all be millionaires ;-)
