Good morning Captain. I disagree, noting the most recent that have joined AMP, Francesco De Ferrari (Credit Suisse), Kit Georgeos (GPT), Marco Ettore (Lendlease), Lakshman Anantakrishnan (Credit Suisse), Jen Thomas (RBS), Fraser Herd (Credit Suisse), Thomas Preising (Apple), Alex Wade (Credit Suisse). These people have worked long and hard to get their successful careers on the path and they surely aren't going to throw it away for a few extra $$. Perhaps they see something you don't, and that's fine, we all have our right to disagree. Perhaps you see something they don't. An 'employer of last resort' as you put it, would not be able not head hunt talent as mentioned above.
