30/06/23 update- Slater and GordonWhere is the case up to?
In our last update, we informed that ourteam has been working with expert witnesses to prepare evidence, which was dueto be filed with the Court by late April 2023. Since then, the Court hasextended the deadline for filing. Our expert witnesses are now in the processof completing their reports. Following the completion of expert evidence, anyamendments that need to be made to the Applicants’ pleadings (the documentwhich sets out the allegations against the Respondents’) are due to befinalised in August.
Appears that its still ticking on. Just providing correct information, some posters are obfuscating the situation.
