I firmly believe that the BOLR is the only material one. The legal position to report $50m provision for settlement is sound. Transparency always wins and I dont believe that this can be achieved by Alexis at this stage of proceedings. The payout will be material and it will be interesting when alls said and done, how many advisers stay within the network. Then what? AMP Bank and sell off the platform.
