The time for worrying was when no one else was doing so.
The time for ceasing to worry is when everyone else is worrying.
And everyone has been very very worried over the past 6-12 months.
When everyone fears the worst - to the point of driving the stock to a level below its fundamental value - it takes only a "less worse" outcome to get marginal demand for the shares to outnumber marginal supply.
