Correct me if I am wrong (as I often am). Institutions were asked to bid for a purchase price and funds were raised at $ 1.60. Shareholders were then offered shares at $ 1.60 (or lower dependamt on stock prices during a 5 day period). There has been no target set for sales to shareholders - hence no "overhang". In my opininio AMP has raised enough from institutions and offered shares to current shareholders to avoid any further backlash.
