I agree that the present board dont have much to lose by appealing. The only loss is the potential relationship between them and the remaining planner force.
The court found that AMP was in the wrong. The best thing for AMP to do is compensate planners and get on with it. Build back trust in the remaining planners and look at recruiting new quality firms.
