Agree that it looks like a solid plan.
Could very well be the bottom and time to buy.
I like the fact that AMP are making tough decisions for the better future of the company.
We all know the bad decisions of the past. We can't change the past, but looking forward, with board changes, new CEO, new strategy, etc, this is the start of a better and leaner company.
Investors/analysts wanted more details and implications on the sale - here the company provides more info.
Majority of net cash proceeds from sale will be returned to shareholders.
The company is being proactive and I'm liking the communication from the company here.
