Im not sure why you are still pushing this point when you provided the definition to "expected" above. "Likely" and "anticipated", just like "expected" are not definitive statements and could quite easily be interchanged for m"maybe" and "might"...those last two just don't sound very professional.

You seem to have convinced yourself that 90 days was the magic number, no where does it say in any announcement (that I can find) that either party is contractually obligated to finalise the agreement within 90 days. The company don't need to update shareholders for something as trivial as this just to put your mind at ease.
