As per my post back on 15th May :-" So I guess it should all culminate and provide more clarity from a commercial standpoint once the term sheet with the Garvan Institute with its ' Confidential Terms ' becomes linked in a more formal signed ' Collaboration Agreement ' which by all accounts should occur within the 90 days from 18th March 2021 .......or 18th June 2021 as per the comments from the announcement below from March 18th. "As per ATX's announcement on 18th March 2021:-" The final Collaboration Agreement is expected to be signed within 90 days. While the terms of the agreement are confidential,they do include future, success-based payments by Amplia to Garvan on AMP945 achieving specified clinical, regulatory and commercial sales milestones. "
