Great appointment.

Not only does Jane bring the much needed legal expertise which is required and more widely evident from many other similar Biotech Stocks , she is an absolute Champion for ALL people with disabilities as well as being a very strong advocate for gender diversity in all areas of business and education for young people.

So an excellent appointment , and one which should put Amplia in great standing and admiration from its peer companies as we move forwards with the development of our patents. And especially with all her connections and contacts within this industry.

In addition , having 5 Bod members rather than 4 gives the company a relative buffer from potential shareholder votes required by nominations should there be a ' random ' resignation or vacancy created for whatever reason. So the focus and stability has clearly increased while more core and important work is being conducted and obviously fast tracked potentially with her appointment.

This is the way I see it anyway.
