This is simply a loan that has to be repaid back. The security is the R&D incentive that would have otherwise been received in the later part of 2022. What they are doing is bring forward the dollars to allow earlier use. No real change in the funding of the drug development as it was always going to be given to the company by the ATO and was always non dilutive.
