It’s chicken and the egg, share price suppressed despite progress as CR was on everyone’s mind, so CR happens at a lower price. Once it’s complete then there is less of a drag on the price and it can move higher in good progress. It’s still a cheap company given the potential, it trades on super low volume. While the main risk of failing to produce a positive phase 2 is still there it can easily be a multi bagger before phase 3.
