I won't be taking up and agree with above poster - it depends on your purchase price, but Superfund is where these buy backs are most useful or for the fundies managing wider portfolio in a trust structure...
As an individual, I can't see any point at all unless purchase price was under maybe $17. I don't like the concept of a discounted tender process...
Happy to be convinced otherwise....
