see tax office has had a rethink about buybacks -this may not be news to others -but seems the buyback capital price is deemed to be $5 odd as opposed to $2 odd!!
I guess there had been murmerings but I didnt know it had been enacted -certainly takes gloss off yet a bit more-even for Super funds
