    Until a day or two ago, there wasn't an official CEO role. Chris Tait was the Executive Chairman and was effectively responsible for things in the CEO role.

    After COVID started in 2020, Chris Tait was appointed the Executive Chairman and Jeromy Young moved from the CEO role to a product focused "founder" role.
