She has a great background with relevant skills. Stepping up to ceo is a big leap. Let's hope she has the courage of her convictions. That's the key to being a successful ceo. It's all very well to have vision and technicals but to be able to marry that to strategy and implement is what we need.Uve veen impressed with this company in terms of its growth and vision. Let's hope Estelle continues the growth.
