So basically, if you are retail holder and participate in the capital raise then you get 1 free option for 2 shares but if you are the board member some how you get extra free option to participate in the capital raise. Was it retail holder's fault that company is in this condition today or someone else?
So board will have lower average price then the retail holder because $$$###@@@
