Well said. And add to that management get a gazillion opts. But wait there is more! They get options for outstanding work in making this limp along for so long. Not really time to reward management for outstanding achievement.
Is this deal really in the interests of shareholders?
Sadly the destruction of wealth so far and small allocations to existing shareholders makes it hard to see participating in the raise as worth the pissing about.
