Is this deal really in the interests of shareholders?

Sadly the destruction of wealth so far and small allocations to existing shareholders makes it hard to see participating in the raise as worth the pissing about.

I’ve lost >$100k in this stock but I’m keen to bid for more than my entitlement. Management are all new as of this year and seem to have a plan with founder returning

options are at a 50% premium and <5% of co. I don’t think they have esop so seems reasonable to me
