I get your thinking and I initially had the same intention. However, on a closer look I think management are taking care of themselves and that erodes my trust.

I've also lost $$$$ in this, but the reality is this raise can't fix that. It will relist around 2 cents (despite all the work done in the year fixing the accounts, products, debt structure and management the company has lost another 2/3 of an already savaged mkt cap). With a 3 cent exercise price on the options, I can't see the share price going much above that for a long time. Even if I got 300,000 shares in the raise and it gets back to 3 cents, I make what $3k? That doesn't fill in the hole.

I see no point taking on the risk when management's track record is bleak. Better options elsewhere.
