There has to be fraud involved here to get such a large drop in sales. I suspect there is something off with discounting and retailer stocking... Like offering stock at a partially paid/ discount arrangement and then recognising revenue in full... Perhaps it just got to the stage they couldn't shove any more discounted product down retailers throats and they stopped buying... Aligns with the previous (honest) CEO not adhering to the same strategy and sales disappearing, only to magically return.

I hope there is a class action to bring out the truth and put some black marks next to some director names.
