I imagine the market is fairly saturated. There are other more budget friendly options out there, plus high-end choices too. They need to develop new products, improve the quality control, sort out customer service and become leaders again. There's too much bad press around now, and reliance on aging (by tech standards) products like the Ninja 5. From what I understand, the Connect products have technical issues with wifi connectivity (!!!) and a fairly limited market. Live productions will want bullet proof reliability.
