Are Atomos really hiring the same company led by the same person who just led the business to this point? Henslow and Chris Tait -- the very same company and Chairman who did the debt financing with what was reported as "unfavorable terms" and the same company and Chairman who did the capital raise? "Chris Tait" and "Henslow" to undertake a strategic review?? Did Chris Tait and Henslow do a great job in the past ensuring shareholder value was maximized?
