That's a good thought and one thing that occurs to me is.... if I were running this speculative startup company, would it be in company interests to give potential opposition any technical information/help/assistance in fine tuning any part of the process. Probably not I would say. Of course contacting the company may be possible, but I hope that any such inquiries would be met with a stone wall of silence, in all of our shareholder's interests of course. Let those paid to manage, manage.
