You are entirely right in my opinion, x4 market cap, and ASM are not anywhere near as far progressed in funding as ARU. Sometimes its just that limited shares force a share price up due to the scarcity. It's almost a false sense of security, as they will have to raise funds or provide capital in exchange for funding one day given their plans.
I agree with @Coxy3232, there is a large anomaly and that's what drew me to ARU.
