I recall reading somewhere from AMX that COVID-19 had made them pause the USA expansion as they couldn't travel there.
3DP (Ian Olson) has said a couple of times that the best thing they did was get feet on the ground in USA in 2018, because during COVID-19 they were able to continue expanding in USA.
