I think at least $200m. I have FY21 revenue at 24m & EBITDA at 5m; FY22 revenue at $29m & EBITDA at 8m. The multiple should be at least 7-8x rev and 20-25x forward EBITDA.
This completely excludes growth in the US and assumes they sink 5m into setting up in the US but generate nothing.
