I chose 14 hours because the route mix includes longer domestic routes; e.g. Perth in Aust and LA-NY or Houstom - Boston in the US.
I chose $200 per hour because of the yield mix; Business/First, 100% flexible etc etc.
I discount the potential benefit from maintenance/inspection because routine inspection/planned maintenance would typically cover (say) 100 items, of which the CVM saving is one (or two) items.
