June was the previous approval timeline - prior to the delays. The 4C states testing is underway for the remaining low-load test they are doing, no timeline on when this finishes but if its low stress load it will have to undergo a large number of cycles in the testing to initiate a crack (who knows how long that will even take). Post this there is the Boeing internal committee reviews (3 were required) then once ticked off package will be sent to FAA.

Committees. Although we are being assured that everything that can be done within Boeing to expedite
this process is being done, the sequence and timing of these meetings is well beyond our influence."

I agree end of testing and approval through the Boeing internal committee will be a catalyst for the price.
