Agree.
Of course there were a lot of negative points made at the AGM, none more negative that it appears June 2024 is now the Boeing/FAA scheduled approval month. And certainly i was very disappointed with the new schedule. But my view is that the market reaction has been to throw the baby out with the bathwater!
If you consider the P/E ratio upon achieving a positive total group cashflow, and we're at that inflection point now, its not difficult to consider what NPAT needs to be achieved for a PE of say 20.
Assume 140 million total shares, and current share price of 51 cents (make it 50 cents for ease of calculation)
Mkt cap = $70 million.
ie For a PE of 20, then NPAT = $3.5 million.
If the share price moves lower we are looking at NPAT's below $3.5 million. IMO that is not difficult to achieve, given that the non-CVM revenue is increasing, and if Ross is proven only partly correct, with say CVM revenue (the majority of which is straight out profit) closer to say $10 million pa!
