The timelines are indicative at best.
That said, there are only a few milestones as many of those shown are planned to occur concurrently.
I would expect an update from RL in mid to late Jan with confirmation that the five milestones until that time have been met.
Which leaves only six weeks for the 1 March deliverable and then 2.5 months for the approval.
Based on these dates, I think we could just as easily be surprised by an early approval as disappointed by a late approval.
