I like the above extract as it indicates that Boeing selected CVD technology as the best sensor technology. It would, therefore, seem appropriate to assume that Boeing would want to approve the technology they have selected.
It is better to feel that Boeing is on our side rather than looking for reasons to oppose the approval.
