A few points:
1. History; the FAA approval process for the WiFi radome CVM installation was also long and torturous with several false dawns
2. Importance; the aft-pressure bulkhead is a critical structural component - there have been failures, crashes and deaths
3. Max 8; Boeing has the recent disasterous history of the 737 Max 8 - they are certainly going to "cross i's and dot t's
4. AEM; at least the business is EBITDA positive - ish
The language in the Chairman's update is strong and positive.
