I think we wil be further down the track bob by the time any "forecast" gets remotely close to fruition. I also think the original estimates of licensing fees etc can be thrown out the window. they were made up numbers from TC a decade ago. the pricibg model I dare say will be vastly different to what is assumed currently, once , if it actually comes into effect. eventually.
