Sell the benefit of the sensors, not just the saving in terms of reduced labour costs. The less time the aircraft is out of service, the fewer aircraft are needed.
An example would be that a fleet of 100 aircraft needing several days in a hangar per annum, could be just as effective as 99 which had inspections at the gate using CVM sensors. Sell the advantage of saving the cost of an additional aircraft. Now you are talking big money.
