Side issue, but for the love of God could they proof read announcements before releasing them?
Given they have flagged a capital raise towards the end of this financial year the company seems to be assuming the options are dusted.
But it is conceivable the options could be in the money:
a) IF (and given track record a big if) they meet these target dates to show it's on track:
Particularly as to date the FAA has not been our issue, Boeing has. @Hatrack or @DrDazmo2 may be able to confirm, but Boeing's ODA status seems to mean that the FAA is basically a rubber stamp once Boeing has approved?
and
b) If the December half shows they are on track financially to meet or exceed budget:
