Sandy Beard the incumbent Chair has announced at least twice in the last 3-9 months that he would make enquiries with Roqueford and inform the market.

There‘s been nothing from SBeard in breach of his undertaking and likely also of ASX continuous disclosure rules. Perhaps ASX is right onto this a ASX speeding ticket will follow for that, if not also from ASIC for duties as a director to act in best interest of shareholders ?

But what immediate sanction against S Beard? An immediate apology and full explanation at the least.
