Steppng down of Madam CEO is the best and only good news that has happened to the company. I pray she leaves soonest as the announcement does not say when she is leaving rather a vague statement. If I am the Chairman I will exclude her from the decision to choose the next CEO.
We need a seasoned and experinced, hands on CEO used to operate on a shoe string, respect SHs money, able to remove all the fats, even muscles if not used, who can bring the company to reality ie it is a penny stock company and priority is be able to stand on it's own two feet first. Go back to basics so speak. Stay humbly and modestly.
I am optimistic and pray that it is not too late.
