Unfortunately the pending CR will weigh down on any forward movement in the SP, as is evident today, with sell orders coming in under the last sale price.
It appears from the constant 200k+ sell orders at low 4's that the CR price has been set.
Maybe the report will be releases after CR announcement so that it gets supported.
CR Announcement at 3.7 to 4c => SP falls to or below CR Price => Angrelide Announcement => SP rallies to high 4's, maybe 5 => CR Success
