Dpowell: Simplified: the last CR was done at 2.5 cents. Either that was 'too low' or it was correctly priced. IF it is the latter, then the share-price right now is WAY ABOVE that CR pricing - hence kind of 'over-priced'.
Moreover, normally the share-price after a CR tends to creep back down towards the CR pricing...
Hence, JIMHO, the SUD share-price could easily re-treat into the 3 - 4 cents territory.
As mentioned, I could be completely wrong. Comments most welcome!!!

PS: As a long-term shareholder of EMS/SUD, I am not from any "other side", i.e. not 'down-ramping' but would like to see SUDA finally become a success story.... I hope to still live that long, however.
