It works if they can bring value from existing products before the acquisition.
-Sanofi deal / update
-Zolpi deal / update
-001 update / milestone payments
Hopefully one or more of these get us to a 10 cent SP = around 40 mil market cap and then the acquisition. Management stated at the EGM that they would bring value from existing products before the acquisition and I hope they stick to that. How much is the question. A Zolpi deal may not be enough to get us there.
An acquisition down here really hurts long term holders as the SOI will increase significantly BUT it is better then nothing if our products are worthless!
