Yep - never a good sign. They have not covered themselves in glory here. Constant delays, failure to mention results or vague mentions in quarterlies and now a failure to report accurately.
On top of it they throw a statement like the below in:
Well the market and anyone in the know on Thulium prices clearly thought it was sufficiently material. This statement is very poor and just laughable in that context.
