C, for what it's worth, Morningstar have maintained fair value at $33.50, but made the point that work in hand is increasing impressively, and current bids for work has increased nearly 100% yr on yr. Cim will win a fair slice of that. This is on the up, despite the efforts of shorters. I've changed my sentiment from hold, to buy.
