Its all depends on how they apply the PE. UBS target was based on P/E at 14.75, which is low compared to the infrastructure average of 19.5. The actual eps is $1.95 rather than $1.36 as UBS used in their formula, and that is why the target price is so different. Regardless of which way you take, we can say goodby to $19 for a very long time.
