    An analyst briefing is designed to give analysts insights into the growth, revenue projections, risks and valuation metrics of a company. A possible 30%+ dilution is certainly a fairly important part of valuation and should be addresses. Also, any indications of escrow periods or insider intentions can also be addressed.
