IPP is a high growth technology company, thus pe ratio does not apply to it.Acquisition adds to REA growth strategy fairly quickly instead of organic growth. These technological companies come from a very low base, thus very cheap if bought at the initial stage of their growth. REA investing in IPP and also select 2 of their representatives to be on board, are not without motives.
