I agree. These guys should be worth significantly more in 5 years time and be able to pay out ever increasing dividends in the meantime. The property development section has a top class land bank and will be building factories in prime areas for at least another 10 years. By that point BKW may look more like a property trust than a building products company with other investments. Funnily enough Goodman group holds similar sited (big DC centres that can be used by Amazon etc.) and they've become very highly rated while no one has picked up on the similar opportunity that BKW have.
