anyone else see a headline about Sydney Industrial rent squeeze -as in predictions of 20% rises?
of course BKW have long term tennants in a majority of theri space , but might help with some new tenancies-that is until the surging power costs force a fair few firms out of business I guess! (dont profess to know for sure about this!)
