Updating the Jorc while nice (and may drive some small efficiencies) in my opinion isnt a big driver of price. we all know that the deposit is huge (way bigger than what is Jorc'd currently, way bigger than the 20 year life of mine used in the estimates) it doesn't matter how big the deposit is when the bottle neck is rail and there is not a huge amount of scope in increasing rail capacity in the next 10 years.

there is nothing new in this investor package except for time lines slipping dfs now back to Q3 which no doubt will end up Q4 (has the company ever hit a deadline). this is from a site visit, no doubt showing showing people around in the lead up to a cap raise and share dilution all before the big debt of financing at the end of the year. the project is great but it is moving at a snails pace and long term holders see the same thing happening over and over while their investment gets diluted
